2017 Performances
On 24th April - We entertained the residents of the Foxrock Nursing Home and were made most welcome by all, asking us to return again to sing.
On 6th May - We sang for the residents in Rathdrum Hospital and Nursing Home.
On May 14th - At the Concert for the Alzheimers Association in St. Fergal's Church in Bray we joined with Cruinniu from Arklow and the Missouri State Choir from US and got a great reception.
On October 28th - We visited Blainroe Nursing Home, where many sang along with us.
On December 3' - We took part in the Annual Vincent De Paul Fundraising Concert in the Grand Hotel.
On December 20th- - We again entertained at Blainroe Nursing Home.
The Memory Lane Singers were busy through the year practising for these engagements.
We are lucky to have our tin whistle players Dymphna and John (who also plays many other instruments) and Paddy Maher and Jonathan on Guitar when we entertain. Thank you to all our singers who come each Friday from 3 - 4.30 to the Pastoral Centre to sing with Ann Lavin Musical Director.
